Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product information to shoppers
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process cash/credit transactions accurately
- Manage inventory through stock receiving, shelving, and rotation
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized merchandise displays
- Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation
- Support merchandising activities including promotional displays
- Follow safety protocols and store operational procedures
- Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
