As a Store Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our retail store, providing excellent service, and maintaining our high standards of product availability and organization.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our floor operations, ensuring that customers have a seamless shopping experience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and process incoming stock deliveries with high accuracy.
- Maintain organized inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and priced according to company standards.
- Assist customers with product location and general inquiries.
- Execute proper stock rotation to ensure product freshness and compliance.
- Monitor the sales floor for cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with store management to support promotional activities and seasonal layouts.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and store security policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or inventory management is an advantage but not required.
- Strong physical stamina, as the role involves lifting and moving stock.
- Basic command of Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak English is an added benefit.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic for stock recording tasks.
