Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials accurately in the warehouse
- Maintain precise inventory records using digital systems and documentation
- Coordinate warehouse operations including stock allocation and order fulfillment
- Prepare and process shipping documentation for outgoing deliveries
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Ensure warehouse organization complies with safety and efficiency standards
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize storage space and workflow
- Generate inventory reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)
- Basic computer skills including MS Office Suite
- Good communication skills for team coordination
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg
