As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, our inventory is accurate, and our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our floor operations, handling stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and general store maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate daily stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure products are correctly displayed, tagged, and priced according to store standards.
- Efficiently replenish stock on shelves to maintain product availability.
- Assist in the receiving and unloading of goods from delivery trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store aisles and back-end storage areas.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers seeking product locations.
- Support the team during peak hours and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics operations is an added advantage.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift/move store merchandise as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Positive attitude with good communication skills in Malay or English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Highly organized, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
