- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Manage inventory through regular stock checks and assist with receiving deliveries
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Monitor store security and report any suspicious activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
