Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations to ensure seamless execution and optimal store ambiance.
- Take full accountability for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Bandung branch.
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance coaching to store staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain rigorous inventory control and stock management to minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs, preparing detailed reports for management on performance trends.
- Execute effective visual merchandising strategies in line with national brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or coordinator role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic retail management software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
