Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently for customer transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer flow
- Assist with product displays and promotional setups to enhance shopping experience
- Participate in regular store audits and inventory counts as required
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and operating POS systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store presentation standards
