Join our fast‑growing hospitality team in the beautiful island of Bali as a Store Crew. In this role you will be the face of our store, delivering a warm, welcoming experience to every guest while ensuring the daily operations run smoothly.

As a Store Crew member you will assist with greeting and assisting customers, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stocking merchandise, processing transactions at the cash register, and supporting promotional activities. You will also collaborate closely with the management team to uphold safety standards, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store floor and display areas.
- Stock shelves, racks, and coolers with merchandise and monitor inventory levels.
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Support promotional events and in‑store marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve daily operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads.
- Basic English proficiency for interaction with international guests.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
