Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
- Ensure the store displays are clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and product rotation.
- Perform cashier duties accurately and handle customer transactions efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the store premises.
- Process incoming shipments and assist with regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA).
- Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and handle fast-paced situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or inventory management is an advantage.
