- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized fragrance consultations
- Provide detailed product knowledge on perfume ingredients and benefits
- Assist customers in selecting products matching their preferences and budget
- Manage store displays and ensure merchandise presentation standards
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor
- Contribute to inventory control and stock rotation
- Report sales trends and customer feedback to management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for fragrance products and beauty industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising aptitude
