Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare food items according to standard recipes and strict food safety guidelines.
- Ensure the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms are clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently with attention to detail.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with the kitchen and service team.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
