Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service to all visitors and clients.
- Assist in daily store operations and administrative tasks.
- Actively participate in sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
- Organize merchandise displays to maintain an appealing store layout.
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Ensure the store premises are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent in any field; high school graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory tracking.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is an advantage.
