We are looking for enthusiastic Store Crew members to join our opening team and help bring smiles to our guests' faces every day.
As a Store Crew member, you will be the face of our amusement park. You are not just operating games; you are creating lasting memories for families and children. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests warmly and provide information about park attractions, pricing, and safety guidelines.
- Operate amusement rides and arcade games while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including ticket sales, crowd control, and queue management.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across all play zones and common areas.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the facility for potential hazards and report maintenance issues immediately to the management team.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, inventory tracking, and visual merchandising as required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality/entertainment industries.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- High energy levels with the ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Patient, friendly, and capable of interacting effectively with children and families.
- Ability to work well within a diverse and fast-paced team environment.
