Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries
- Manage store operations including stock inventory, visual merchandising, and display maintenance
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise on sales floors
- Monitor store appearance and cleanliness to ensure optimal shopping environment
- Participate in store promotions and special events to drive sales and customer engagement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive brand image
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends and retail operations
