Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, proactive customer service and assist shoppers in finding merchandise.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and organized.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock receiving, tagging, and stock-taking activities.
- Stay updated on the latest K-Pop trends, artists, and upcoming product releases to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess deep knowledge and passion for the K-Pop music industry and its culture.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus; fresh graduates with high motivation are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, honest, and reliable.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
