Tanggung Jawab

  • Ensure efficient day-to-day store operations including stock replenishment and product display maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization according to company visual merchandising standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock audits to prevent shrinkage.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols within the retail environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) for Staff positions; Diploma (D3) for Senior Staff positions.
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible with shift rotations (including weekends and public holidays).
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using retail software or POS systems.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
  • Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a significant advantage.
