Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure efficient day-to-day store operations including stock replenishment and product display maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization according to company visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock audits to prevent shrinkage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols within the retail environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) for Staff positions; Diploma (D3) for Senior Staff positions.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible with shift rotations (including weekends and public holidays).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using retail software or POS systems.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
- Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a significant advantage.
