Tanggung Jawab
- Process sales transactions using POS systems and handle EDC payment methods
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory stock and participate in receiving/shelf stocking activities
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining positive brand image
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Execute opening/closing procedures including cash management and reconciliation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service roles
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and EDC payment processing
- Strong numerical accuracy for cash handling and transaction management
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software
- Physical stamina for standing during shifts and lifting up to 15kg
- Positive attitude with commitment to team collaboration
