- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and service counters at all times.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and tea, with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation.
- Handle customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and manage cash responsibly.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and presentable to enhance the shopping environment.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and dining areas throughout the shift to prevent contamination.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service and resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK) is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic math skills are required for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
- Enthusiastic, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of coffee making or food preparation is considered an advantage.
