Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor at all times.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supervisor for timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure high standards of store hygiene and visual merchandising are met.
- Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and genuinely customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
