Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and manage cash registers accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the store display and seating areas.
- Assist with basic food and beverage preparation while following hygiene standards.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Contribute to achieving daily store sales targets and operational goals.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Discipline, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
