Are you a creative visionary with a passion for retail architecture? Lion Super Indo is seeking a highly skilled Store Designer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the aesthetic and functional evolution of our retail spaces. You will manage, control, evaluate, and coordinate all design and engineering aspects to ensure our store layouts meet the highest standards of technical execution and customer experience.
As a key member of our project team, you will bridge the gap between creative conceptualization and practical construction, ensuring every project is delivered timely and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate our store formats, keeping the Lion Super Indo brand at the forefront of the retail industry in Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed store layouts, floor plans, and elevation designs that maximize space efficiency and customer flow.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical drawings align with structural and safety requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end design project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to final site implementation.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate design quality and provide on-site technical guidance.
- Collaborate with procurement and construction vendors to source high-quality, cost-effective materials.
- Monitor and control design budgets, ensuring projects are completed within the designated financial parameters.
- Review project timelines to ensure that all engineering and design milestones are met according to the master schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in retail store design or architectural planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of retail building codes, construction materials, and structural engineering principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and spatial aesthetics.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
