Are you a creative visionary with a passion for retail architecture? Griya Miesejati is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Store Designer to join our expanding team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand identity by crafting immersive retail environments that align with our corporate standards and specific mall requirements.
As our Store Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from conceptual layouts to the technical review of materials. We are looking for someone who balances artistic flair with structural practicality, ensuring every store reflects the high quality of the Griya Miesejati brand while maintaining optimal operational flow. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our spaces are not only visually striking but also functional and compliant with complex regulatory and safety guidelines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative interior layouts for retail stores that adhere to strict company branding guidelines and mall regulations.
- Create comprehensive 2D and 3D architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction documentation.
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing interior conditions and suggest strategic upgrades or renovations.
- Select and evaluate high-quality materials, finishes, and furniture to ensure aesthetic consistency and durability.
- Coordinate with contractors and mall management to ensure all construction phases meet design specifications and timelines.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all technical drawings are updated and stored systematically.
- Stay current with interior design trends, retail space optimization, and construction materials technology.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in retail or commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, material properties, and building codes.
- Ability to interpret mall regulations and translate them into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative, problem-solving mindset.
