In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the overall design and construction of our projects, ensuring that our client’s vision comes to life through innovative spatial planning and aesthetic excellence.
As a Store Designer, you will bridge the gap between creative concept and physical reality. You will be responsible for translating abstract ideas into detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings. Your work will directly impact the customer journey, creating spaces that are not only visually stunning but also functional and commercially viable. Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design retail store layouts, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
- Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications for store fit-outs and visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and contractors, to ensure design accuracy.
- Source and select materials, fixtures, and furniture that align with brand guidelines and budget constraints.
- Oversee the installation process, conducting site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design standards.
- Manage project timelines effectively to meet strict deadlines for store openings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail store design or visual merchandising.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of retail design projects and technical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and interior construction processes.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
