PT Sumber Bintang Perkasa is currently seeking a highly motivated Store Development Officer to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our retail stores, from initial site scouting and feasibility analysis to overseeing the development phase of new retail footprints.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and property owners to ensure our store development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high operational standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting comprehensive site surveys and evaluating potential locations for new store openings.
- Managing the end-to-end development process, including permitting, site layout planning, and construction coordination.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to ensure optimal store placement and high traffic potential.
- Coordinating effectively with internal departments, landlords, and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitoring renovation and construction progress to ensure adherence to company branding and quality standards.
- Preparing detailed progress reports and feasibility studies for management review.
- Troubleshooting operational challenges during the pre-opening phase to ensure a seamless store launch.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in store development, retail expansion, or project management.
- Strong understanding of retail site selection, lease agreements, and construction management processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external partners.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- High analytical ability and attention to detail, especially regarding budget management and site assessments.
- Ability to travel as required to visit project sites and manage ongoing developments.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
