Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end store design and development process, from conceptualization to final construction.
- Create detailed architectural plans, floor plans, and elevations using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure brand standards are met.
- Develop and update store design standards and guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in store development, retail design, or architectural supervision.
- Proficient in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of handling large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Metro Manila.
