Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and digital tracking systems to ensure zero stock discrepancies.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of materials to ensure safety and prevent damage.
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual stock takes to maintain high-level stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Implement and maintain warehouse layout optimization to improve space utilization and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards within the warehouse environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate effectively with team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational improvement.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment in Parit Buntar, Perak.
