In this role, you will work closely with the Store Expansion Manager to identify and evaluate prime locations for new stores, conduct feasibility studies, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful site acquisition and store openings.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in conducting site visits and evaluations for prospective store locations.
- Prepare feasibility studies and financial projections for new sites.
- Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and legal teams during lease negotiations.
- Work closely with the construction and design teams to ensure timely store openings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify expansion opportunities.
- Maintain and update databases on potential locations and property deals.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail expansion, site acquisition, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Metro Manila is an advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
