Robinsons Supermarket, one of the Philippines' leading retail chains, is seeking a highly motivated Store Expansion Officer to join our dynamic Site Acquisition team covering the Visayas and Mindanao regions. As a Store Expansion Officer, you will be responsible for actively searching for new sites and evaluating commercial spaces with the potential to become successful Robinsons Supermarket locations. Your expertise in market analysis and site evaluation will directly impact our ability to reach customers in strategically important areas across the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to identify potential sites for new supermarket locations in the Visayas and Mindanao regions
- Source and evaluate commercial properties, negotiating favorable lease terms and conditions with property owners and developers
- Develop detailed site assessment reports including demographic analysis, traffic patterns, competitor proximity, and revenue projections
- Collaborate with the real estate development team to ensure site compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with property brokers, local government units, and real estate stakeholders to identify off-market opportunities
- Monitor real estate market trends and competitor expansion activities to inform strategic acquisition decisions
- Prepare and present site proposals to senior management with comprehensive financial and operational analysis
- Coordinate with legal, construction, and operations teams to facilitate smooth store opening transitions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail site acquisition, commercial real estate, or business development
- Proven track record in negotiating lease agreements and managing multi-site expansion projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market feasibility studies and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of retail industry trends, zoning regulations, and local market conditions in Visayas and Mindanao
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions to conduct site inspections
- Results-oriented with strong project management and organizational abilities
