Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, including conducting regular stock takes, replenishments, and implementing loss prevention measures.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, personalized assistance, and effective conflict resolution.
- Maintain store aesthetics and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines to enhance the shopping experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and staff productivity to regional management.
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Handle administrative tasks including staff scheduling, local compliance, and store maintenance coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven leadership experience as a Store Head or Store Manager in the retail industry.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and operational objectives in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in using Retail Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive business growth.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
