Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic plans to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and SOPs.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to foster a high-performance, customer-first culture.
- Analyze sales performance data and store traffic to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Maintain optimal stock levels through rigorous inventory management and accurate reporting.
- Implement and oversee high-impact visual merchandising standards to drive foot traffic and conversion.
- Address customer feedback effectively to maintain high levels of brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in sportswear or fashion apparel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a track record of driving sales performance through data.
- Proficiency in retail management systems (POS) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
