We are looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Store Head (Kepala Toko) to lead our team in Badung, Bali. You will lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store targets. Your ability to analyze sales data, manage inventory effectively, and ensure visual merchandising compliance with SOPs will directly impact the store's success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues professionally.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and product displays as per company SOPs.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and conduct regular stocktakes to minimize shrinkage.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and implement action plans for improvement.
- Control operational costs, including labor, utilities, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety, and security procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Store Head, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role in retail (fashion/lifestyle/sports preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and retail KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control expenses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is a plus.
- Passion for surf, skateboarding, or urban streetwear culture is highly valued.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian. Willing to work in Badung, Bali.
