Are you an experienced retail leader with a passion for driving sales excellence and fostering team growth? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Head to manage our retail operations in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our store, responsible for maintaining high operational standards, optimizing customer experiences, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
As a Store Head, you will act as a mentor to your team, cultivating a culture of service excellence and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic planning and hands-on floor management, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our brand identity. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, loss prevention, and periodic audits.
- Develop and implement local marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and conversion rates.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and operational analysis for management review.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Store Head or Store Manager in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and develop a diverse team of retail professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of retail operational metrics, P&L management, and inventory control.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail operations.
