Agro Boga Utama is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Store Head to lead our operations in Samarinda. As a key player in the food and consumer goods distribution industry, we pride ourselves on excellence in supply chain and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will act as the heartbeat of our local branch, ensuring the seamless flow of productsâfrom fast-moving staples to specialized items. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing inventory accuracy, and leading a dynamic team to achieve ambitious store targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company SOPs.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal turnover for both fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach in Samarinda.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate store staff to maintain a high-performance work culture.
- Monitor and report on stock quality, specifically for perishable food items, to minimize waste.
- Analyze sales reports and inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations throughout the storage and distribution process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the FMCG or food distribution sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of inventory management systems and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Residing in or willing to be relocated to Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
