Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with corporate SOPs.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and loss prevention protocols.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training development to maintain a high-performing retail team.
- Execute promotional activities and visual merchandising standards to drive foot traffic and sales growth.
- Oversee daily financial reporting, cash management, and reconciliation processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to optimize store efficiency.
- Foster a positive customer service environment to increase brand loyalty and satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail SOPs, including inventory control and financial management.
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead a diverse retail staff.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on achieving operational and sales KPIs.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Flexible to work in shifts and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the retail sector.
