Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor SOP compliance for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, stock, and operations
- Lead store operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and mentor store teams through structured training programs
- Ensure financial accuracy and inventory management
- Drive customer experience excellence and service standards
- Coordinate promotional activities and visual merchandising
- Monitor and report store performance to regional leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience
- Strong knowledge of retail SOPs and operational best practices
- Proven team leadership and staff development capabilities
