We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Store & Inventory Assistant to join our dynamic team in Ipoh. In this role, you will lead warehouse operations, optimize inventory flows, and drive efficiency gains in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key member of our logistics department, you will ensure that stock levels are accurately maintained, orders are processed promptly, and all materials are stored safely and efficiently.
Working closely with production and procurement teams, you will help streamline our inventory processes, implement best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Optimize inventory flows and ensure accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement and enforce safety and quality standards in the warehouse
- Prepare and process shipping documentation and maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency gains
- Operate warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Assist in training and supervising junior warehouse staff
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent; diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehousing
- Forklift license or willingness to obtain one is an advantage
