We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Store Keeper to take full ownership of our storeroom and inventory management functions. As the Store Keeper, you will be the gatekeeper of the hotel's supplies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, checking for quality and quantity discrepancies, and properly labeling and storing items according to hotel standards. You will implement FIFO (First In, First Out) methods for perishable goods to ensure quality and reduce spoilage. Conducting regular cycle counts and monthly physical inventories will be a key part of your role to ensure accurate stock records are maintained.
You will be responsible for issuing supplies to various departments based on their requisition forms, updating the inventory management system in real-time, and generating detailed reports for the management team. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the storeroom area, ensuring it complies with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, is non-negotiable. You will also be expected to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and make recommendations to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.
The successful candidate will possess strong numerical aptitude, proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and experience with hospitality-specific inventory software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required as you will interact with vendors, delivery personnel, and staff from all departments. A commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvement is essential.

- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure proper storage of items according to hotel standards and FIFO principles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using the hotel's management system.
- Issue supplies to various departments based on approved requisition forms.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly physical stock takes.
- Monitor stock levels and alert the purchasing department when reorders are needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Prepare end-of-month inventory reports for the Finance and Management teams.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper or Inventory Clerk, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of FIFO methods and proper storage techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
