Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
- Organize, label, and store materials systematically to optimize warehouse space and ease of retrieval.
- Perform regular stock counts, inventory audits, and update digital and manual stock ledgers accurately.
- Prepare, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods in accordance with delivery schedules and orders.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to report any low stock levels, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate basic warehouse handling equipment safely (e.g., hand jacks, trolleys).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar inventory control role.
- Familiarity with standard warehouse management practices, inventory control systems, or basic MS Excel.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move inventory items safely.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
