We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store Keeper to join the dynamic team at MHY Machinery & Engineering. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accurate management and maintenance of our extensive inventory, ranging from heavy machinery parts to essential tools and equipment.
Our operations in Kulai require a reliable individual who can ensure that materials are stored correctly, tracked efficiently, and available when needed. You will play a vital part in our supply chain, ensuring that our engineering projects stay on schedule by maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using manual or digital management systems.
- Issue materials to production departments or authorized personnel in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and reconcile variances.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to safety and 5S standards.
- Manage stock rotation to prevent obsolescence and waste of sensitive equipment parts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and manage stock levels.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar warehouse role.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a warehouse environment, including lifting moderate weights.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
