Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using company software to ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and prevent losses.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch of materials and products.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health and safety standards within the storage area.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Optimize storage layout to improve retrieval efficiency and space utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar inventory management role.
- Strong proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management software (POS/ERP systems).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to organize complex data.
- Physical capability to handle goods and perform manual lifting tasks when required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Disciplined, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
