Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials and finished goods.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Ensure that all warehouse items are stored according to safety standards and company protocols.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and inspect goods for damage or defects.
- Prepare packing lists and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free store environment at all times.
- Document all stock movements accurately using inventory management software or manual logs.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic inventory reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Proven work experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar logistics role.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management procedures and inventory control principles.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or scanners, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- A disciplined work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work full-time hours in Semenyih.
