Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all pre-contract and post-contract activities related to company assets
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
- Ensure effective procurement processes and cost estimations
- Implement and maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless asset management
- Optimize storage space and implement efficient inventory management systems
- Monitor asset utilization and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, asset condition, and procurement activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in inventory management
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in similar asset management roles
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good understanding of procurement processes and cost estimation
- Familiarity with compliance requirements related to asset management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
