Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials and finished goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Execute accurate storage and retrieval of materials within the warehouse, ensuring proper shelving, labeling, and inventory rotation (e.g., FIFO).
- Prepare and issue materials to production lines or other departments based on requisitions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Conduct regular stock checks and participate in periodic inventory counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and stackers safely and efficiently (where applicable).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in the packing, staging, and loading of finished products for outbound shipments.
- Update inventory records using the company's inventory management system or manual logs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a Store Keeper, Material Handler, or similar warehouse/logistics role.
- Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Possession of a valid forklift license will be a significant advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
