Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise store daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Xiaomi smartphones and ecosystem products.
- Coach and mentor store staff to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, displays, and warehouse audits.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics and generate regular sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company standards regarding visual merchandising and brand presentation.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics or telecommunications.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Target-oriented mindset with a deep passion for technology and gadgets.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Ability to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a strong advantage.
