Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to optimize the customer shopping experience.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify growth opportunities and resolve performance gaps.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations with a professional and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols at all times.
- Develop local marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and brand awareness in the Rembang area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams of 5+ people.
- Deep understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
