Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor store teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and brand image
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience in electronics or consumer goods
- Proven track record in team leadership and sales performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
