Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute store strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee product display standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and resolve performance gaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers to ensure brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in retail management software and basic data analysis (Excel).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
