Barang Bekas is seeking a dynamic Store Leader to drive operational excellence and sales performance in our Bandung Barat location. As Store Leader, you'll be instrumental in developing strategic plans to exceed sales targets and optimize operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product offerings
- Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with proven sales leadership
