Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Monitor daily operations and ensure excellent customer service standards
- Create and analyze sales reports using Microsoft Excel

Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Store Leader or similar retail management position
- Strong target-oriented mindset with proven sales achievement record
- Proficiency in creating sales reports with data analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
