Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift scheduling, and cash management.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product display according to company guidelines.
- Ensure a world-class customer experience by resolving inquiries and handling feedback professionally.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, performing regular stock takes and ensuring product availability.
- Implement company policies and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
- Provide regular coaching and training to staff members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in using POS systems and MS Office applications.
